• monitored for blood glucose.
• encouraged to make dietary changes and exercise routines.
• administered for medication and insulin.
• inspected for wounds, skin and foot care, change dressings and handle personal grooming and hygiene.
• educated about diabetes and steps can be taken to control.
• visited weekly by our management
