Our caretakers will;

• do light gardening, laundry and linen, preparing meals and snacks and, incidental transportation.
• do dusting, vacuuming and mopping.
• clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
• notify the owners on necessary repairs.
• collect and disposing the trash.
• assist guests when necessary.
• keep the facility clean and maintained.
• plus, monthly visit by the management.
